Spine Care

The Pee Dee Spine Center was specifically designed to help people with spine conditions.  Our Spine Center offers unique and specialized services under one umbrella to care for patients with spine problems. The Spine Center specializes in spine surgery, surgery of the neck and back, spine deformity, spine trauma, non-operative spine treatments and complete diagnostic testing.

Our Spine Center is comprised of physicians from different specialties who have come together to provide unique care for patients with back and neck pain. The Pee Dee Spine Center is comprised of two spine surgeons and one physiatrist.  Our physicians are highly trained and experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of spine and neck problems. We use state of the art X-rays, MRI scans, EMG/NCS testing, and spinal injections to diagnose the unique neck and back problem of our patients. After proper diagnosis, we create a treatment plan that is specific to each patient.

At the Spine Center, we emphasize minimally invasive surgery when indicated, but we also perform more traditional surgeries using the newest techniques and advancements. We specialize in treating patients who have had previous unsuccessful spine surgeries.

We are committed to learning more about all spine problems. We actively engage in research that may ultimately lead to improved treatments of spinal disorders and we are recognized as one of the leading private practice research institutes for spine problems. As an effort to increase awareness of spine disorders, we present educational forums for physicians, physical therapists, and the general public.
